Mickey Marvin, also known as Mick Marvin, was a football player from Hendersonville, North Carolina. He went on to play at Tennessee for college. He played 11 years in the National Football League with 120 games. He was an offensive guard for the Oakland Raiders from 1977 to 1981 and continued to play for the Los Angeles Raiders from 1982 to 1987. During his 11 years in the NFL he won Super Bowl XV and Super Bowl XVIII. He was the first guest speaker in the Moreau Catholic’s sport and society
