Grady Jackson went to Greensboro High School where he excelled in both basketball and football. In football, he was a fullback and  defensive tackle. His many accomplishments include winning All-League, All-State, Super 11, and All-West Alabama honors. In basketball, he was named the team MVP as a junior. He started out at Hinds community college and then continued his football career as a defensive tackle at Knoxville college. During his time at Knoxville  he was  named a two-time Junior College All-American and the National Junior College Player of the Year following the 1995-1996 seasons. Jackson was released on March 5, 2010.  His hard work and dedication paid off for him to be drafted by the Raiders as a 6th round pick in the 1997 draft.  During his 13 year career he  also played on the Falcons, Saints, Packers, Jaguars and final years on the Lions.  He Finished his career with a total of 272 tackles and 35.5 sacks. After dating his college girlfriend for eight years, they finally got married and currently have five kids in Braselton, Georgia.
